Review of Devil (2010) by Glenn V — 27 Nov 2011
I wouldn't call it so much a horror flick more than it seemed like a "cautionary thriller" to me. The movie had humor and brains. The last act will have you like "Ooooo" and "WTF!"LOL It was also notable seeing Bokeem Woodbine in the cast after a huge absence in acting.
The ending also left me wanting a bit more, but it wasn't completely terrible in execution, it just wont succeed leaps and bounds as a general horror flick. Just don't go in expecting a horror slasher, expect something a bit more realistic and based in the belief of your faith.
