Review of Denial (2016) by Don A — 04 May 2017
Lipstick on a pig. How can you support even a superb production (which this isn't) that defends an unjust act?
A Jewish actress portraying a Jewish writer who gets in trouble for attacking a meticulous and highly regarded historian who reached conclusions that even the administrators of the Auschwitz Museum do not deny. FACT: The number of reported deaths at Auschwitz were grossly inflated for years, and have been drastically reduced as new evidence has accumulated. If you simply point that out, you are instantly branded as a "Holocaust Denier." In any other area of discourse, opinions are considered rationally - but don't even THINK about changing the "Holocaust" narrative, if you value your job/reputation/life.
The Jewish movie industry (Spielberg and others reportedly contributed millions to Lipstadt's defense) defends their "Holocaust" storyteller and gets coverage from Jewish entertainment media - and even a supportive Wikipedia article which refers to Auschwitz as a "Death camp" instead of a WORK camp. Functional brains realize that dead prisoners don't do much work, but Zionist guilt-trippers never miss a twisted word - like "Antisemitic." (Oops, that also applies to people who dislike Palestinians, doesn't it?).
Some day people will care more about truth and reality than ego-stroking allegiances; until then we'll have to put up with deceitful films about deceitful situations.
