Almost guys, almost. The comparisons to 'Heat' are obvious but sadly it falls a little short. I cant help but feel a longer run time, allowing for some of the character developments to happen, would have given an extra star.
PLUS - get rid go the last 2 minutes.....end it with the guy in the bar (no spoilers here).
