In the year 2032 the world is inhabited by eerie, polite speaking robot people that have cars that drive themselves and machines that dispense tickets whenever a foul word is uttered. All seems well in this peaceful utopia until Blade and Rocky are released to wreak havoc in their never ending quest to destroy one another.
The result? A purely entertaining action film.
