It's pretty much just a giant build up to an exorcism. Although it was probably one of the best staged exorcisms there has ever been. Shaky camera work and over powering sound pretty much kills any sense of suspense or horror.
Although I'm glad the demon likes The Doors. The strong cast does make the film tolerable, but in the end I'm pretty sure this film was basically just showing us another way that we won in the Middle East.
