Review of Definitely, Maybe (2008) by Malcolm D — 14 Jan 2011
Definitely maybe takes a fresh look at the romance formulae which is both surprisingly touching and unpredictable even though it does get a bit sappy at times. Ryan Reynolds is great as the lead but where Definitely Maybe really shines is in the way it tells this complex story which is both funny and epic using The Social Network style cut backs.
This is a good film for anyone, if your old enough to get the jokes then check it out.
