Review of Definitely, Maybe (2008) by Lopa B — 13 May 2012
This film avoids following the redundant, predictable traits of its genre and takes a step towards genuine entertainment. It's a little nuts.. but not in a way that turned me off. Instead, I was kept in a unfamiliar suspense from beginning to.
.. near the end. Reynolds, instead of playing his smart alec self, he uses his awesome ability to so convincingly deliver lines to promote himself into a more sophisticated role. The rest of the cast was great, except for Abigail Breslin who has never managed to impress me.
Excellent film.
