Review of Dedication (2007) by Ellie C — 13 Feb 2008
A smart talking dramedy, "Dedication" works in a large part because of the undeniable chemistry between the likable Billy Crudup and the surprisingly insightful Mandy Moore, who makes you forget that she got her start in bubblegum pop.
The dialogue is edgy and razor sharp, and the film proves to be smarter and more fun than it has any right to be. Director Justin Theroux captures the trials and hardships of life in your twenties ...
one of the best recent romantic comedies I have seen.
