Review of Death Wish 3 (1985) by Tom H — 04 Jul 2008
What an awesomely ridiculous b-movie! Basically, Charles Bronson rallies a neighborhood of elderly people to fight back against a gang of hooligans. Revenge is sweet, especially when you use a giant homemade mouse trap thing (gang member tries to climb through the window? thwap! hit in the face with a board), machine gun that was kept in a closet, and a rocket launcher (which apparently can be delivered to your door step).
I think the most amusing part of this movie was the abundance of explosions! Oh, that car just hit another car...giant explosion! I think there were at least two people who were running around on fire after coming out of a building that EXPLODED! So cheesy.
..so awesome.
