This movie, as a movie, is entertaining. As an adaptation? Sucks. Beyond the script, the story line and the interpretation of the actors, this movie removed the most important factor of the story of Death Note: Intelligence.
The intelligence along with the chess game of all the parts made this manga/anime a Master Piece and this movie is not even close to that.
