Review of Deadfall (2012) by Andrew W — 03 Jan 2013
Interesting story lines with just the right amount of complexity that are easy to follow and converge in a fairly suspenseful ending. Just everything I look for in a movie: good storytelling, likable characters portrayed by great cast, and a steady pace that delivers action, but more importantly the dialogue scenes that lead up to the action.
What I really liked was that it had a real life quality to it that other movies just seem to go over the top with and drag out like choreography and situations the characters find themselves in. This movie's elegance is in its simplicity.
Best movie of 2012 i've never even heard of along with Cabin in the Woods. The fact Rott.Tom. gave it a 33% just shows why I lend no credibility to most of the critics.
