This is a film prequel for the video game of the same name. It's not so interesting. It just doesn't come together. The animation, voice acting, story, etc., all have their moments to shine, but they do it intermittently and not all at the same time.
There is nudity in this film - full frontal male nudity, which is not something I look forward to in a cartoon.
