** - Prequel to the video game, is pretty derivative cross between "Aliens" and "Resident Evil". Not full-CG animation as one would expect initially, but a mix of traditional animation and some so-so CG work thrown in for some spaceships and backgrounds.

Overall, somewhat dull looking. Still, not too bad - has potenial IF turned into a live action feature. Obviously, the video game remains a much, much superior piece of entertainment.
