Dead Poets Society is a 1989 American drama film directed by Peter Weir, it's about a English teacher who inspires his students through his teaching of poetry.He uses unorthodox methods to reach out to his students,who face enormous pressures from their parents and the school.
With the teachers help,students Neil Perry,Todd Anderson and others learn to break out of their shells, pursue their dreams and seize the day.So I think its really moving and emotional.
