Review of Dead Like Me: Life After Death (2009) by Jessica B — 15 Jul 2009
As a huge fan of the series, I was willing to grasp at anything for a few more minutes of George, Mason, Roxy, Daisy and even Dolores Herbig. If only the movies producers would have reached out a bit further. As something that was never meant to be a feature, they did a half way decent job of expanding the scope of everything. But while they expanded they forgot to fill the holes.
The actors that weren't able to come back (especially Daisy) were sorely missed and usually explained away too easily. It was great seeing most of the gang back together regardless but I just wish that they would finally realize this shows amazing fan base and bring it back, where it belongs on the small screen.
Worth seeing if you're a fan of the show, but don't be surprised if it just leaves you feeling nostalgic and missing the source even more.
