Review of Days of Wine and Roses (1963) by Kyle B — 05 Jan 2016
A really wonderful movie with Jack Lemmon's career best performance and he has quite an impressive line up of amazing performances. The scene alone in the greenhouse is devastating work from an actor that has really won me over with his charm and humor.
Lee Remick is also amazing as Lemmon's love interest that both suffer from alcoholism. An amazing score, screenplay, song, cinematography, and direction. One of the best movies from 1962.
