Review of Day of the Woman (1978) by Eric A — 29 Mar 2009

I first saw this movie as a child at aroud the age of 13 or so but did not remember too much about it. So I took a chance and Netflix'd it and much ti my dismay it isn't a particularly good movie.

The story is simple, a woman who is repeatedly brutally gang raped by a groiup of men exacts her revenge killing them one by one. This is one of those movies that has a reputation of being brutal but I didn't find it to be that bad really.

This is certainly not what I myself would call an old school horror classic. Your mileage may vary.
