Review of Day of the Woman (1978) by Candace D — 02 Aug 2013
Decided to do a comparison between the original and the remake of this horror movie. It is definitely not scary. Disturbing in parts, but the acting is not great. It was a banned in Australia for years whether for the rape scenes or the fact the woman is running around naked for half of the movie I don't know.
In one scene you can see a crewman off to the side, and the guys act like they have never had sex before. I actually laughed out loud for one of the scenes, which I am sure was not the intention. Will be interesting to see how they do the remake.
