Review of Dark Star (1974) by Gary C — 12 Feb 2008
Fun dark humor, cleverly done on a shoe string budget. Constant unending fumbles aboard starship mission with planet buster bombs and a crew of bumbling dolts who probably didn't entirely escape from the 60's.
Cleverly done with the lowest possible budget for special effects, silly results and only a fool will expect total suspension of disbelief as the crew romps about committing the worst sorts of stupid blunders.
