Made in 1974 by John Carpenter while still in college, Dark Star has aged amazing well despite obvious 70s trappings. From alien beach balls to smart bombs on a tiny ship with a female-voiced computer, you get glimpsed of cyberpunk among the crazed crew.
A true classic that gets better with age. "Thank you for following all safety precautions.".
