Pro.
1. good cast and acting.
2. it had some suspense.
Cons.
1. the war time element of it doesn't fit 2. the plot doesnt mesh well together.
3. badly paced.
4. the movie makes up a villain near the end of the movie, lazily explained( just as a way to move to move the plot forward.
5. loses track of the plot easily.
6. the movie doesnt know its own identity ( I cant tell if its trying to be a serious movie or a jokey/comedy movie).
