My conflict is thus: the film is a piece of shit and Al Pacino is possibly the worst undercover cop in the history of Hollywood (this is hyperbole) as he wanders around all the s&m clubs looking stunned and kind of stupid. The problem is, on an irony meter the film is 4 stars for sheer hilarity. Where else does a built black man in a g-string and cowboy hat take part in a police interrogation? Flixter needs two different set of star ratings, one for the film and the other for the ironic enjoyment of shit.
My star rating is confused, just like Al Pacino.
