Review of Crimson Peak (2015) by Joel R — 06 Feb 2016
Ugh, couldn't stand it. Paper thin plot and the most predictable antagonist ever devised combined with a "climax" that, by the time you realize it slipped by, will leave you thinking "THAT was the plot twist?" The imagery is ham-fisted (we get it, red = bad), and the story could've started an hour in (after they actually go to Crimson Peak) and saved us all a lot of time.
