Review of Crimson Peak (2015) by Jamedris — 16 Apr 2019
It's not a horror movie, in case your cinema got it wrong. It has some jumpscares, yes, but it resembles more like-a "gothic romance" with some twist related to ghosts. CGI is good and I like the idea of Crimson Peak, as an old castle with many rooms, more than anyone could count, filled with secrets about love, horror and drama.
Be careful if you are not comfortable with seeing blood-related things. Otherwise, it's a good watch.
