Review of Crimson Peak (2015) by Toby H — 07 Mar 2018
This film somehow got past me, so I viewed it after recently watching and enjoying The Shape of Water, and previously loving Pan's Labrynth. It was unnecessarily gory in parts, but I very much enjoyed the fairytale aspect, which Del Toro is so good at.
It was by no means his best work, but definitely worth a watch.
