Visually stunning and creepy in true Guillermo del Toro style, but the story and leads aren't compelling enough to make Crimson Peak an interesting watch. It's also pretty scarce on scares for a scary movie ;-) - and the romantic arc is not satisfying enough to qualify this as a good gothic love story.
