Review of Cries and Whispers (1972) by Elin M — 22 Oct 2007
One of Bergman's excellent work of art...The most painful face of human existence and the state of being conscious of it.Irresistable reality of death, state of being stuck between kove and hate, challanges that we never quit to struggle about the past, and so on.
Very modernistic and surreal style of telling the story...
