Review of Cop Car (2015) by Prosmooth — 16 Sep 2015

This reminds me a lot of Spielberg's made for TV flick Duel. It's excellent for what it is--and that's an old fashioned drive thru action/horror movie that is very simple on the surface. It's actually very simple at its core too--no hidden political agendas--no character development at all, but it's not supposed to have any of that.

It's a basic story, well acted, well shot. I wasn't looking for anything else but a good time when I decided to watch it--and it delivered in spades. Shout out to Kevin Bacon for taking the role--and performing it perfectly.

Spoiler: It's about 2 little kids who steal a cop car and run from the cop they stole it from--and oh yeah--he's a murdering psychopath.
