Review of Cop Car (2015) by Late R — 16 Aug 2017
Executed in style, 'Cop Car' manages to be entertaining throughout a good portion of its running time, not despite its simple premise, but because of it. Everything from the direction and cinematography right down to the characters themselves, who are played by a talented cast, feed into and off of that simplicity to great effect.
It would have been nice to have more focus on Bacon's character and his predicament as opposed to a few too many scenes of the boys' aimless antics, but overall, it is worth a watch.
