It was a great premise and plot, but the potential got lost in all the gratuitous sex scenes. More story, less nakedness please. Also, it's not clear at all what role the concussion played in her mid-life crisis.
She was completely asymptomatic after the incident. In a real concussion, she'd have symptoms right away and they would not resolve for a while if it was truly that serious.
