Review of Con Air (1997) by Daniel S — 09 Feb 2015

Finally saw this, its become a sort of classic I guess, or at least just pretty popular, I admit I loved the concept, but its just so over the top and cliched at times that it makes you think if it might be a parody of action films, just with the extensive slo mo scenes and some of the corny dialogue, also steve buscemis character is pretty pointless, for one his backstory is super darker than the rest, and his scene with the litle girl goes on forever and is pretty pointless and at the end I guess hes free to keep murdering people, but despite its shortcomings tho its still a fun movie, itd be great to watch in a group drunk.
