Review of Collateral (2004) by Brett H — 14 Jun 2012
I'm not a fan of Michael Mann's digital camera work as I find it cheap and made-for-tv looking, but this film makes it work. Tom Cruise is stunning playing against-type as the villain for a change and Jamie Foxx really surprised me in the scene where he pretends to be Vincent.
Powerful film which could have done without the Hollywood ending.
