Review of Cold in July (2014) by Bill B — 27 Jan 2016
Joe Lansdale's work is ripe for adaptation, as it's always filled with believable characters set into tough situations, and this was no exception. I really dug Michael C Hall and his mullet, committing to the small town man drawn in over his head when he shoots a burglar who turns out to be the son of a ex-con who soon turns up looking for payback.
Recommended.
