Review of Coherence (2014) by Huw G — 17 Jun 2015
Science fiction/psycological horror film about a group of friends at a dinner party the night comet passes by in the sky, and the end up having a confusing and difficult night with doppelgangers. It has definite "Twilight Zone" feel.
..like a Robert Altman directed "Twilight Zone" episode. The film uses the Schrodinger's Cat theory as a sort of catalyst for the concept of the story, and plays on relationships from there.
I really enjoyed how low key and cerebral it was, and just how utterly unique it was to any other movies I've seen lately.
