This is what happens when you want your movie so badly to become a meme. Sure, it has some funny moments here and there, but the story is awful. Were a ton of useless characters necessary? Also, the bear is barely in the movie.
The gore is appreciated, but it can hide the fact that the film is dull. 'M3GAN' is not an excellent film, but it at least managed to transcend its meme purpose.
