Review of Cloverfield (2008) by El B — 19 Jul 2014
Very... very fun to watch just not really that relevant after 7 years. Scary and intense, one of the first of its kind (someone finds a camera full of weird stuff happening) it was a little bit farfetched and kind of almost silly, but it was kind of like having Thanksgiving in January-it felt like I was eating turkey, stuff, and pumpkin pie.
It is considered a really good movie by smart people but for me, it wasn't one of my favorites but the rest of the world can decide for me, and give me a lesson on why Cloverfield is a very good movie.
I'll have to watch again when I'm more mature. As of right now, it's only decent and kind of non-relevant and doesn't quite touch the level of perfection or brilliance.
