Review of Clockers (1995) by Ty P — 02 Sep 2011
An excellent film which takes a relatively small scale incident, especially for its environment, and uses it to make larger points about senseless and cyclical violence in the projects. One of Harvey Keitel's strongest roles.
It's gritty, authentic, and poignent.
