Review of Climates (2006) by Body R — 19 Nov 2006
This was by far my favourite movie of this fall's Toronto Film Festival and, unfortunately for everything else, also the first movie I saw.
Some might criticize it for being overshot and for being all style and no-content, but I think that there are vast amounts of dialogue and development revealed in the silent and awkward moments. Ceylan truly has a gift for expressing those internal thoughts.
