Cleaner has a well written story line and the acting isn't that bad, even for Mr. Jackson. It has good twist and turn throughout but if you cant figure it out by half way something is wrong. That and the mediocre acting is the reason for the low rating.
I think the story is pretty cool other wise I would go lower than 60%.
