Wow, first film in a long while I didn't hate Samuel L. Jackson in. Deep, intriguing plot about morals, love, and friendship, and how they all intertwine and compete in our lives. Really surprised this film hasn't been more embraced by the film-going community, because I really think it deserves appreciation for not only its acting but also for its presentation and feel, which are both excellent.
Oh, and the excessive blood really wasn't all that bothersome :)P.
