Review of The Upper Footage (2013) by Blake M — 14 Dec 2013
A film that you expect to be fake.....but you at least expect it to be a convincing fake. It wasn't. This film was a total let down. Poor acting for the most part, and their motive for continuing to film AFTER the girl's death is absolutely illogical.
"We have to film everything so we can get our stories straight". What is there to keep straight? If you're going out to the middle of nowhere to bury a body, and you plan on denying doing it, there's nothing about the scenario to "keep straight".
In a nutshell, the film had a good premise and it a creative idea, but it was executed horribly. For as long as I waited for this film, it's a total let down in nearly every way.
