Review of Clean, Shaven (1995) by Christopher S — 10 May 2009
Lodge Kerrigan's dark character study is an incredibly fascinating film - the sparse, disjointed cinematic style and excellent, authentic performances create a compelling tension. But without a strong central story, even at just 80 minutes, it does feel too long.
Not a great film, but a very interesting one.
