If you like Jackie Chan, this is worth renting once and skipping to the fight scenes. Under no circumstances should you buy the DVD. The "Street Fighter II" sequence is vaguely amusing, and the end fight is somewhat impressive.
The dialogue is terrible (and the English dub makes it that much worse - watch it with the Mandarin soundtrack and the subtitles on, if watch you must), the characters are one-dimensional, and there's no plot to speak of.
