Citizen Soldier follows the Oklahoma Army National Guard's 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team also known as "Thunderbirds", while spending a 96-day deployment in Afghanistan. What made this film special is that since the soldiers filmed it, audiences are able to see what really goes on while overseas.

You see the bond that these men and women form, through the good times and the bad, and how they truly become a band of brothers. I thought this was an amazing movie, and it was really touching seeing how brave and dedicated these soldiers were when it came to serving our country.

This is a movie you should absolutely watch if you haven't already.
