This film is incredible! You feel like you were actually with these guys in combat. Way better than that Ricky Schroeder show in that it's not trying as much, it lets the soldiers tell it the way it really happened.
As a result it doesn't seem contrived. Raw, heartbreaking and powerful. BEST war documentary ever made, on the same level as The Hornet's Nest and maybe even better.
