Review of Chopping Mall (1986) by Eric D — 08 Jul 2008
This is entertaining simply for its camp and cheese value. It's one of those movies (which attempts some kind of slasher chicanery) that the only reason you end up sitting through the whole thing is to see how much worse it can possibly get.
Luckily, the film doesn't even TRY to take itself seriously, which makes the horrid, HORRID script so much more funny. Case in point:
*A robot is attacked and turned over by the shooting of a propane tank at its base*.
"What's that?".
"Robot blood.".
Uh. Yeah. Robot blood. Right.
