The storyline falls somewhere between Robocop (Verhoeven 1997) and Terminator 3 (Mostow 2003). There are some decent action sequences and special effects. All attempts at suspense look like pointlessly long scenes.
The acting is not as bad as one would expect from such a low-budget movie.
