Yes. It's not scary, but makes up for entertainment. It's very goofy, and lacks suspense of the first, but it's very funny. I guess people did not know what to expect. The reason it's not up there with Shaun of the dead, and other horror comedies, is because it's not logical at points.
Definitely not on par with the original, but it's not that bad either.
