Although the good actings (particullarly Clive Owen, as consistent as usual, but also Caine and Julianne Moore), and the good start point, it doesn't offer much new and comes back to many topics from other dystopic, almost post-apocalyptic future stories.
.. Some interesting things, you can watch it, but it is difficult that you get frankly amazed by this movie. The actings, atmosphere and the photography put it closer to 2.5, but...
