It's not a Comedy, because it isn't funny. Similarly, it's not much of a Horror film, either, because it's not scary. What it is, is bland, slightly boring, minimally effective, and vaguely humorous.
If I didn't appreciate the twist--one that I, personally, didn't see coming--the rating would be different; i.e., lower.
